Space of Love

Hello!
This is my favourite time of the year. The days are warm and lazy, my greenfingers are kept happy & busy planting seeds and tending the garden, and my favourite event of the year, the Funky Raw festival, this year called the Space of Love Gathering (same festy, different location, crew and a few new surprises!) is only a few weeks away.
This year I am organising the festival kitchen and cafe, so i've been planning menus and concocting recipes specially for the occasion. I really want to go for the green and living vibe, so there'll be plenty of living greens (sunflower, pea, alfalfa) as well as our famous sumptuous pizza, & divine raw sweets and desserts. Is this blog post going to be an exercise in seeing how many words i can think of to describe the deliciousness of life!? I can't help it, i really am so excited to have this opportunity to do what i love best (create beautiful, heartfelt food to feed beautiful friends (old&new)....
