Our friends Warren & Andreas have just opened Manna, a new Live/ Powerfood cafe on Coombe road. They are open from 8.30 -18.30 mon-sat. This is so exciting! Warren & Andreas are passionate about providing the best quality everything....juices (freshly pressed by top of the range Angel juicers), Gematria activated water, organic smoothies, kombucha & herbal teas, live food deli, sumptuous healthy cakes, raw chocolate, superfoods.....see their website for more details. Lara & I will be holding our Raw Creativity: Level 1 Workshop at Manna on the 20th September. This will be a day full of learning, insights, and delicious live food cuisine to sample.
